And so that the holiday can begin right at the door, here are the simplest and most convenient ways to get to us.

By bus to South Tyrol

Whether from Munich or Innsbruck, FlixBus brings you to us several times a day. The central bus station (ZOB) in Munich is the main point of arrival. There are also numerous boarding options from all over Europe.

The South Tyrol Bus offers transfers several times a day from Munich, Innsbruck, Verona and Bergamo airports to Merano.

You will be picked up directly at your FlixBus stop, taken straight to our Maria Theresia location, and after your holiday, brought back to the FlixBus that takes you home.

The Meraner Land Express will take you from mid-March to early November every Wednesday and Saturday from Munich to Merano. The buses depart from the ZOB, the central bus station in Munich. From St. Gallen via Winterthur and Zurich, the South Tyrol Express collection and delivery service operates every Saturday from April to October to Lagundo. The transfer from the drop-off point to the accommodation and back is included in the price. Please note that the holiday express can only be used if you have booked accommodation in the Merano region.

By train to South Tyrol

South Tyrol is easily and quickly accessible by train with the services of the OBB (Austrian Federal Railways), the SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) and the DB (German Railways). 

There are several daily connections from Munich via Innsbruck to Bolzano. From here, you can take regular connecting trains to the main railway stations in South Tyrol. 

With the trains of DB/OBB, you can also enjoy another advantage: you can purchase the South Tyrol Connection Ticket at a discounted price. On the same day of arrival or departure, you can use buses and cable cars of the South Tyrol transport network for a small fee.

Fast & affordable to the Merano region – price: from €135,- South Tyrol’s regional airport, Bolzano Dolomites, is located in Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, about 30 minutes’ drive from Lagundo. SkyAlps operates weekly flights from Hamburg, DĂĽsseldorf and Berlin directly to Bolzano. Taxi ranks are located both directly in front of Bolzano train station and at the airport terminal.
