All our products are unpackaged and plastic-free! And to top it all off, the lovely weather invites you to enjoy breakfast on our new panoramic terrace!
  • Cake buffet with homemade cakes, daily from 3 pm to 5 pm
  • Daily 5-course gourmet menu with menu selection from 6.30 pm. We prefer to use only fresh, regional products when preparing the dishes. We are happy to prepare gluten-free or lactose-free meals for you on request. Please let us know about any "intolerances" when making your reservation or before your arrival, thank you!
  • We are happy to serve dinner on our new terrace when weather conditions permit.
  • Theme evenings, for example with South Tyrolean or Italian specialities, barbecue evening, "Törggele" evening and much more.

General Terms and Conditions

Prices & Reservations
The prices stated are per person and per day, including all Maria Theresia inclusive services. VAT is included in the price. The local tax (€3.40 per night per person aged 14 or over) is not included in the price, will be calculated on site, and will be shown separately on the invoice. The reservation of specific rooms and floors cannot be guaranteed. If you prefer to book only accommodation with breakfast, €20.00 per day will be deducted. In the event of early cancellation of dinner, €20.00 per person will also be refunded. Your room is available from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, please notify us by telephone.

All our rooms and suites are non-smoking rooms!

Pets
Your beloved four-legged companion is very welcome.
However, please understand that they are not permitted in the dining room or sauna area. You may, of course, take them onto our terrace. You will also find a cosy blanket, water and food bowls, and a small surprise in the room. We charge a daily fee of €25.00 (food not included).

Booking and Deposit
Your reservation is final and valid once it has been sent to us in writing by letter, fax, or email and confirmed in writing by us.
After your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total stay via bank transfer. We will send you the details with the reservation confirmation. In the event of cancellation within our free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Travel Cancellation and Room Cancellation
Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your holiday. If you arrive late or not at all for your booked stay, or if you leave early, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with EU regulations. To protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that this is covered by the European Travel Insurance.

To be on the safe side, we recommend taking out an affordable travel cancellation insurance policy:

Cancellation policy:

If something comes up… “Cancellation” doesn’t sound pleasant, whether for you or for us.
You may cancel your booked stay with us free of charge and without giving a reason up to 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival.
We will charge 50% of the booked room price for cancellations made between 20 and 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made up to 6 days before travel, late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booked room price.
The room cancellation must be made in writing.

Offer weeks
We reserve the right to make changes to the contents of the offer weeks due to weather-related or organisational reasons. All prices and details have been carefully checked multiple times. However, printing errors, mistakes and changes are not excluded. If the prices stated in the written booking confirmation differ from the current price list, the prices and general terms and conditions of the current price list shall always apply in case of doubt.
